Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel, Zhuhai

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are so comfortable, especially in the suite room with a great view across to Macau. They are very spacious. The service, although needing some training in pressure conditions, was delightful, offering valuable sightseeing advice and even assistance with procuring movie tickets. The location, despite being under expansion, provided a great view of Macau and quick access to the bay. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of dishes and a lovely view of the river. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.

The club floor rooms at the hotel were a bit too warm for my wife and me, but the excellent bay bridge view overseeing Macau and Hengqin District made up for it. The hotel offers valuable sightseeing advice and efficient service, though it was odd to receive only one key card for three guests. The location, while calm and relaxing with ocean view rooms, is in an area under expansion. The breakfast lacked prompt service, but the selection was delicious with a lovely view of the river.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large King size bed and a walk-in closet. However, the room was a bit too warm for my wife and me. The service provided by the staff was efficient and courteous, although we encountered a strong smell on the 9th floor initially. The dining experience presented some challenges with limited options available for six days. Overall, the facilities were good but there was room for improvement.

I must give kudos to Evelyn at the club lounge for her warm greeting and the nice suite upgrade.
